Cancellation Policy:

In being a small business, every appointment counts! Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.

If you are up to 15 minutes late, that time will be deducted from your service.

After 15 minutes, Skin by Wren has the right to refuse your service. If an emergency occurs or you wake up sick, you need to contact me ASAP. NO-SHOW's will be charged a $30 inconvenience fee at the next service.
